Inspired by the belief that every person has unique potential and the ability to contribute to the well-being of others, Capitol Leaders was founded in 2018 to develop legislators into leaders who create freedom and opportunity for all to succeed.  

In 2018, we joined with Americans for Prosperity to provide those leaders with an expanded network that shared their values and would come alongside them with direct access to policy experts, grassroots specialists, and additional resources to guide them along their journey to becoming statesmen. 

We offer training and skillset development from leadership coaches, lobbyists, policy experts, media and public relations professionals, grassroots recruiters, and other consultants whose expertise will help you:

• Sharpen your political skills, including legislative strategy, communications and public relations, lobbying, intergovernmental affairs, building coalitions, and more.
